1. Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accuracy in cost centres and analytical data.
2. Generate ad-hoc reports for the LVMH Annual report and national statistics as required.
3. Assist Payroll Manager and Accounting teams with payroll exports.
4. Oversee HR budget management for specific brands, coordinating with various stakeholders.
5. Track HR budgets monthly, liaising with Compensation & Benefits Manager, business analyst, HR management, and Recruitment.
6. Coordinate with payroll to analyze staffing costs and prepare monthly commission data.
7. Conduct HR KPI analysis for various projects and topics.
8. Contribute to annual audit processes and compensation-related projects, such as commission scheme updates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance controlling, preferably within a retail environment.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
2. Commercial awareness with a keen understanding of P&L impacts and stakeholder management.
3. Structured and methodical approach to tasks.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
5. Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in French being advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in finance controlling, with a preference for experience in a retail environment.
