- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of staff members, including conducting induction meetings.
- Advise employees on learning and development opportunities in coordination with the HR team.
- Identify, coordinate, and evaluate learning and development needs and initiatives for teams and individuals.
- Collaborate closely with managers and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Assist and guide managers on personnel issues, including long-term sick leave and reintegration, in consultation with the HR Director.
- Streamline HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Support the HR Director on local HR initiatives and projects.
- Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department to inform decision-making.
- Provide HR policy guidance and train employees, managers, and directors on relevant HR processes and policies.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning in collaboration with the HR Director.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
- Practical working knowledge of Benelux employment legislation.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and committed to all aspects of HR work.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external contacts.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- High standard of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coach and influence to achieve business results.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partner roles, with demonstrated expertise in organization development, change management, and employee relations.
Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
