HR Business Partner

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is a leading company in the luxury goods sector, specializing in perfumes and cosmetics. The company is known for its prestigious brands and commitment to excellence.

1. Coordinate full recruitment process
2. Manage on/offboarding of staff members and conduct induction meetings
3. Advise employees on learning and development in coordination with HR
4. Identify, coordinate, follow up, and evaluate learning and development needs and initiatives
5. Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
6. Assist and guide managers on personnel issues in consultation with HR Director
7. Streamline HR processes and procedures for efficiency
8. Assist HR Director on local HR initiatives
9. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
10. Provide HR policy guidance and train employees, managers, and directors
11. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
12. Ensure implementation and application of local labor laws and regulations
13. Work on ad hoc projects

1. Master's degree in HR or equivalent
2. Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience
3. Practical working knowledge of Benelux employment legislation
4. Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (both written and verbal)

4. Ability to interact effectively with employees, line managers, and external contacts
5. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office

7. Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
8. Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues
9. Ability to coach and influence to achieve business results

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.

Master's degree in HR or equivalent.
