1. Autonomously recruit interns for Belgium and the Netherlands, including posting job offers, screening CVs, conducting interviews, tracking applications, and providing feedback.
2. Support the HR Business Partner in employee recruitment efforts.
3. Respond to unsolicited applications and manage related administrative tasks.
4. Create contracts, internship agreements, and personnel files.
5. Assist the HR Officer with the preparation of employment contracts and documentation for new hires and leavers.
6. Develop and implement a school relations strategy to align with recruitment needs.
7. Establish partnerships with schools, alumni, and agencies.
8. Organize and participate in recruitment events to present LVMH and its Maisons.
9. Prepare the monthly newsletter and reports for HR meetings.
10. Update organizational charts monthly and serve as a reference point for trainees.
11. Contribute to various HR projects, including training, corporate social responsibility, and people development.

4. Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is required.

Paid internship.

The position offers access to e-learning platforms, two days of remote work per week, one day off per month, and a stimulating and dynamic environment.
