1. Prepare budgets and forecasts related to labor costs and shared structure costs, collaborating with Finance, HR, and local Maison teams.
2. Analyze and prepare monthly and annual reports on costs and headcount for each Maison.
3. Monitor and analyze variances between forecasts and actual results.
4. Ensure the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial closures.
5. Develop and update HR and BPC KPIs, presenting insights to support strategic decision-making.
6. Deliver timely and accurate reporting activities to Paris Headquarters and conduct ad hoc analyses.
7. Review and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to optimize labor expenses.

1. Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience.

5. Flexibility and adaptability.
6. Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
7. Advanced proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of SAP.
8. Fluent in English; French is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
