1. Prepare budgets and forecasts concerning labor costs for various Maisons and shared structure costs, collaborating with Finance, HR, and local Maisons teams.
2. Analyze and prepare monthly and annual reports on cost per headcount for each Maison, including both direct and external employees.
3. Monitor and analyze variances between forecasts and actual results.
4. Ensure the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial closures.
5. Develop and update HR and BPC KPIs, presenting insights to support strategic decision-making.
6. Deliver timely and accurate reporting activities to Paris Headquarters and conduct ad hoc analyses.
7. Review and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to optimize labor expenses.

1. Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience.

5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
6. Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel, and good knowledge of SAP.
8. Fluency in English; French is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, preferably within a similar industry or role.

Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
