LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is a leading division within the luxury goods conglomerate, focusing on the creation and distribution of high-end fragrances and beauty products. 1. Prepare budgets and forecasts concerning labor costs and shared structure costs, collaborating with Finance, HR, and local Maisons teams.
2. Analyze and prepare monthly and annual reports on cost per headcount for each Maison.
3. Monitor forecasts versus actual results and analyze variances.
4. Ensure the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial closures.
5. Develop and update HR and BPC KPIs, presenting insights to support strategic decision-making.
6. Deliver timely and accurate reporting activities to Paris Headquarters and conduct ad hoc analysis.
7. Review and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to optimize labor expenses.

1. Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Autonomy, attention to detail, speed of execution, efficiency, and time management.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
5. Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
6. Excellent knowledge of the Office package (advanced Excel), good knowledge of SAP.
7. Excellent knowledge of English (fluent spoken and written); French is a plus.

At least 3 years of relevant experience.
