1. Assist in the management, implementation, and monitoring of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.
2. Organize and maintain technical and legal documentation as per Health & Safety legislation.
3. Monitor deadlines and regulatory requirements to ensure documentation validity.
4. Participate in the preparation and management of Occupational Risk Prevention audits and certifications.
5. Collaborate on Health & Safety projects to support company safety objectives.
6. Maintain both physical and digital documentation archives within the Health & Safety department.
7. Prepare reports, presentations, and statistics, and assist in incident management.

1. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Master in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is a plus.
3. Interest and/or basic knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.

1. Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
2. Strong organizational and planning skills.
3. Effective communication skills and teamwork ability.
4. Willingness to learn and develop in Health & Safety.
5. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
7. Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).

Previous experience in a similar role is valuable but not mandatory.
