1. Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including all General Ledger activities for multiple brands and legal entities.
2. Conduct monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations with thorough analysis and detailed commentary.
3. Manage intercompany expense recharges, ensuring precise allocation and documentation.
4. Oversee fixed asset maintenance and generate monthly Capital Expenditure reports for Headquarters.
5. Ensure IFRS 16 reporting compliance using the internal LEASA tool.
6. Support Balance Sheet and cash flow forecasting during the annual budgeting process.
7. Manage company secretarial filings to ensure local regulatory compliance.
8. Collaborate with external auditors for annual financial statement audits and tax compliance filings.
9. Support ad-hoc projects, including new accounting standards implementation and reporting requirements.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the retail sector.
2. Substantial experience in General Ledger accounting.
3. University degree in Finance or Accounting.
4. Recognized professional accountant designation.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with accounting software, preferably Dynamics AX.
3. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
4. Expertise in cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
5. Comprehensive financial reporting skills, including Balance Sheet reconciliations.
6. Thorough understanding of compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control policies.
7. Advanced analytical skills for management reports and analyses.
8. Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
9. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
10. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
11. Meticulous attention to detail.
12. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 5 years in finance and accounting, with substantial General Ledger accounting experience, preferably within a retail business.

University degree in Finance or Accounting, along with a recognized professional accountant designation.
