1. Lead and manage projects or sub-projects, maintaining project status and documentation.
2. Engage with business users to define and structure requirements, and lead the creation of detailed solution designs.
3. Collaborate with vendors to convert designs into computer programs, adhering to programming standards.
4. Perform data migration and cleansing, and review code-related documentation.
5. Monitor production applications and provide technical support, including user training.
6. Create deployment packages and facilitate the transition of programs from development to production.
7. Coordinate with regional and local teams to transfer project ownership for local support and maintenance.

1. University degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience.

1. Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
2. Strong project management capabilities, including managing multiple sub-projects.
3. Understanding of technical environments such as MS SQL and BI.
4. Functional understanding of retail business and Digital/CRM topics.
5. Ability to evaluate and provide thought leadership on emerging technologies.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the digital or technology sectors, with a focus on front-office applications.

University degree in Computer Science or related field.
