Front Office Application Project Manager

1. Lead and manage projects or sub-projects, maintaining project status and documentation.
2. Coordinate project-related activities, including planning timelines, scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, and tracking performance.
3. Engage with business users to define and structure requirements.
4. Participate in the analysis, definition, and documentation of requirements.
5. Collaborate with vendors to convert designs and technical specifications into computer programs.
6. Perform data migration, cleansing, and review of code-related documentation.
7. Monitor the performance of production applications and provide necessary support.
8. Create deployment packages and related documentation.
9. Work with regional and local teams to transfer project ownership towards local support and maintenance.

1. University degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Excellent spoken and written Japanese, with fluency in English.

1. Strong communication skills, experience working directly with end users.
2. Understanding of technical environments (MS SQL, BI, etc.).
3. Strong functional understanding of retail business and Digital/CRM topics.
4. Ability to structure and formalize requirements with key users.
5. Evaluate and provide thought leadership on emerging technologies.

Minimum of 5 years of experience.

University degree in Computer Science or related field.
