- Manage replenishment and inventory of the UK warehouse, ensuring optimal service rates for all SKUs.
- Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term forecasts using statistical models and business insights.
- Ensure optimal supply and demand planning to meet customer demand effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts with commercial plans and promotional activities.
- Coordinate inventory receiving and manage stock levels to ensure product availability and inventory health.
- Communicate with central planning and logistics to align delivery schedules.
- Recommend actions for slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory.
- Monitor online customer services returns management and replacement item processes.
- Participate in and animate monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
- Support new product launches, transitions, and end-of-life management from a planning perspective.
- Participate in warehouse optimization processes and monthly reporting.
- Monitor POSM consumption and implement corrective actions to meet financial budgets.
- Proactively provide continuous process improvement and cost optimization opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply or logistics functions, preferably in the cosmetics or luxury industry.
- Fluent in English; French language skills are an advantage.
- Expertise in Excel and SAP; proficiency in PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Autonomous, proactive, and a team player.
- Cost and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to animate reviews with top management.
Minimum of 3 years in supply or logistics functions, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
