1. Oversee regular reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple brands.
2. Conduct financial and business analysis to support brand and business unit management decisions.
3. Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to enhance business objectives, financial performance, and operational processes.
4. Control operational expenses and identify areas for savings, efficiency, and productivity improvements.
5. Actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for the brand and business units.
6. Ensure adherence to procedures and internal controls, reinforcing company policies and guidelines through team education.
7. Assist with ad hoc assignments as directed by management and headquarters.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel and word processing.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics AX, and BI tools such as Cognos or Power BI.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently and manage a multi-brand environment.
3. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
4. Proactive with strong analytical thinking and a business mindset.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 5 years in a financial controlling role is required.
