1. Analyze and monitor performance by consolidating, controlling, and analyzing monthly Sell-out and Sell-in performances of the brands.
2. Ensure the completeness and quality of data within new BI tools, and the relevance of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
3. Develop financial equations in collaboration with Area Managers for management and brand directors.
4. Challenge financial equations and validate investments, including commercial conditions, CAPEX, beauty consultants, and structural costs.
5. Analyze P&L by brand and point of sale to identify risks and opportunities.
6. Present budgets to the brands and conduct internal analyses for the Group.
7. Ensure monthly closures and consolidation at the brand level.
8. Participate in the implementation of finance function transformation projects.
9. Support and accompany strategic projects related to business model evolution.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling.

4. Proactive problem-solving approach to identify and develop effective solutions.
5. Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling is required.
