1. Analyze and monitor performance by consolidating, controlling, and evaluating monthly Sell-out and Sell-in data for the brands.
2. Ensure data completeness and quality in new BI tools, and provide relevant quantitative and qualitative analyses.
3. Develop financial equations in collaboration with Area Managers for management and brand direction.
4. Challenge financial equations and validate investments, including commercial conditions, CAPEX, beauty consultants, and structural expenses.
5. Analyze P&L by brand and point of sale to identify risks and opportunities.
6. Present budgets to the brands and conduct internal analyses for the Group.
7. Ensure monthly closures and consolidation across various brands.
8. Participate in the implementation of finance function transformation projects.
9. Support and accompany strategic projects related to business model evolution.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling.

4. Proactive problem-solving approach.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

Minimum of 3 years in financial controlling, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
