- Conduct strategic analysis and reporting of performance metrics for the 10 beauty brands within the Travel Retail division across four regions, including net sales, sell-out, and P&L.
- Prepare business reviews for top management, including monthly reviews and budget presentations, along with ad-hoc analyses.
- Consolidate and monitor terms and conditions with key retailers for Travel Retail Worldwide.
- Participate in the construction, monitoring, and management of the Travel Retail Beauty budget and expenses related to the annual TFWA Cannes event.
- Support the coordination and progress of strategic, transformative, and cross-functional Travel Retail projects, such as the CSO (Connected Sell Out) business intelligence project.
- Implement automation for the calculation and monitoring of monthly retailer performance across various Travel Retail markets in Europe and coordinate with other regions.
- University degree or business school diploma with at least 2 years of professional experience in financial controlling.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong business orientation.
- Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, and proactivity in professional settings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling is required.
University degree or business school diploma.
