LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Financial Controller

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with IFRS, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
- Conduct cost control and variance analysis, reporting monthly results to management.
- Provide relevant reports and derive actionable recommendations for management and specific departments.
- Enhance controlling tools and reporting systems.
- Manage monthly reporting to the headquarters.
- Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with departments and brand headquarters.
- Support teams in achieving overall objectives while adhering to strategic brand direction.
- Report and present budgets to the international headquarters, including top management.
- Perform ad-hoc investment and profitability analyses for projects.
- Create profitability analyses by customer and point of sale.
- Optimize and automate processes.
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP and Business Intelligence.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; PowerBI is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English; French is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and team spirit.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within an international setting.
Master's degree in Business Administration.
