1. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with IFRS, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
2. Conduct cost control and variance analysis, reporting monthly results to management.
3. Provide relevant reports and derive actionable recommendations for management and specific departments.
4. Enhance controlling tools and reporting systems.
5. Manage monthly reporting to the headquarters.
6. Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with departments and brand headquarters.
7. Support teams in achieving overall objectives while adhering to strategic brand direction.
8. Report and present budgets to the international headquarters, including top management.
9. Perform ad-hoc investment and profitability analyses for projects.
10. Create profitability analyses by customer and point of sale.
11. Optimize and automate processes.

1. Master's degree in Business Administration.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

1. Proficiency in ERP/SAP and Business Intelligence.
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; PowerBI is a plus.
3. Fluent in German and English; French is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and team spirit.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within an international setting.

Master's degree in Business Administration.
