LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Finance Intern

- Support the Controlling function and Brand teams within the business.
- Assist in maintaining internal processes within the Controlling function of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics UK.
- Prepare purchase order checks and communicate discrepancies to Brand teams and Finance Controllers.
- Aid Finance Controllers during monthly closing processes.
- Compile monthly Actual Reports by cost center and engage in analysis with operational teams.
- Participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly or quarterly ad-hoc reports.
- Generate weekly and monthly multi-brand reports.
- Contribute to budget planning and preparation within the A&P scope.
- Maintain purchase order systems and assist in training new joiners.
- Implement system updates to align with LVMH reporting requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal control rules and processes.
- Facilitate communication between Controlling and Finance functions to minimize parked invoices.
- Support Finance Controllers with ad-hoc requests.
- Finance or Business Graduate

- Knowledge of SAP and AX is advantageous
Beginner level experience in finance or related fields.
Finance or Business Graduate
