1. Support the Controlling function and Brand teams within the business.
2. Assist in maintaining internal processes within the Controlling function of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics UK.
3. Prepare purchase order checks and communicate discrepancies to Brand teams and Finance Controllers.
4. Aid Finance Controllers during monthly closing processes.
5. Compile monthly Actual Reports by cost center and engage in analysis with operational teams.
6. Participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly or quarterly ad-hoc reports.
7. Generate weekly and monthly multi-brand reports.
8. Contribute to budget planning and preparation within the A&P scope.
9. Maintain purchase order systems and assist in training new joiners.
10. Implement system updates to align with LVMH reporting requirements.
11. Ensure adherence to internal control rules and processes.
12. Facilitate communication between Controlling and Finance functions to minimize parked invoices.
13. Support Finance Controllers with ad-hoc requests.
