- Conduct new product education and basic training sessions.
- Develop and adapt training methodologies by analyzing trends and customer profiles across regions.
- Evaluate makeup artists regularly to enhance training effectiveness.
- Provide link selling techniques for both new and existing products to boost sales performance.
- Monitor competitors' new products to offer up-to-date comparative insights.
- Collaborate with Retail Managers and Marketing team to anticipate training needs for new products and promotions.
- Develop annual training plans and direct training strategies in alignment with Make Up For Ever guidelines.
- Design learning paths for makeup artists based on global standards.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive training materials and manuals.
- Execute training programs for new and existing makeup artists following Make Up For Ever's training path.
- Lead in-store coaching and role-plays based on the brand's training program.
- Ensure product knowledge and skills are maintained through performance evaluations and on-site assessments.
- University or College degree
- In-depth knowledge of cosmetology
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Korean and English
- Strong planning and organizing abilities
- Time and territorial management skills
- Proficiency in PC business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in selling, retail, and/or client service, with at least 3 years in coaching and training roles, preferably in a managerial capacity. Experience in the luxury goods industry is advantageous.
University or College degree
