1. Conduct new product education and basic training sessions.
2. Develop and adapt training methodologies by analyzing trends and customer profiles across regions.
3. Evaluate makeup artists regularly to enhance training effectiveness.
4. Provide link selling techniques for both new and existing products to boost sales performance.
5. Monitor competitors' new products to offer up-to-date comparative insights.
6. Collaborate with Retail Managers and Marketing team to anticipate training needs for new products and promotions.
7. Develop annual training plans and direct training strategies in alignment with Make Up For Ever guidelines.
8. Design learning paths for makeup artists based on global standards.
9. Prepare and deliver comprehensive training materials and manuals.
10. Execute training programs for new and existing makeup artists following Make Up For Ever's training path.
11. Lead in-store coaching and role-plays based on the brand's training program.
12. Ensure product knowledge and skills are maintained through performance evaluations and on-site assessments.

1. University or College degree

1. In-depth knowledge of cosmetology
2. Excellent communication and teaching skills
3. Strong organizational and customer service skills
4. Proficiency in Korean and English
5. Strong planning and organizing abilities
6. Time and territorial management skills
7. Proficiency in PC business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

A minimum of 7 years’ experience in selling, retail, and/or client service, with at least 3 years in coaching and training roles, preferably in a managerial capacity. Experience in the luxury goods industry is advantageous.

University or College degree
