Education Trainer

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is a leading global luxury brand specializing in perfumes and cosmetics. The company is renowned for its innovative products and commitment to excellence in the beauty industry.

1. Conduct new product education and basic training.
2. Develop and adapt training methods by tracking trends and customer profiles in each region.
3. Regularly evaluate makeup artists to prepare more effective training.
4. Provide link selling techniques for new and existing products to improve sales performance.
5. Monitor competitors’ new products to provide more up-to-date comparative information.
6. Work closely with Retail Managers and Marketing team to anticipate training needs related to new products and promotions.
7. Develop annual training plans and direct training strategies.
8. Design ideal learning paths for makeup artists based on global guidelines.
9. Prepare and deliver training materials and manuals.
10. Execute training programs for new and existing makeup artists.
11. Lead in-store makeup artist coaching and perform role-plays.
12. Ensure product knowledge and skills are maintained through performance evaluations and on-site work.

1. University or College degree

1. In-depth knowledge of cosmetology
2. Excellent communication and teaching skills
3. Excellent organizational and customer service skills
4. Ability to speak the brand language
5. Strong planning and organizing skills
6. Time and territorial management
7. Fluency in both Korean and English
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
9. Proficiency in PC business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

At least 7 years’ work experience in selling, retail, and/or client service, with at least 3 years in people interactions, coaching, and training, preferably in a managerial role. Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus.

University or College degree
