1. Coordinate physical warehouse operations between brands and outsourcing partners.
2. Lead process optimization initiatives for e-business activities.
3. Report on e-business key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Train site workers to adhere to internal instructions, including gift wrapping and safety guidelines.
5. Test and follow up on new processes such as gift wrapping, promotions, and engraving, collaborating with brands for final decisions.
6. Review e-business stock by brand to optimize picking racks and remove outdated promotional stock.
7. Manage non-stock materials for e-business, including shipping boxes, tape, and ribbons.
8. Communicate with related teams to meet brand requirements and enhance warehouse efficiency for e-business customization processes.
9. Oversee the engraving plan per SKU, manage capacity, and troubleshoot issues.
10. Prepare monthly expense claims and purchase orders for e-business.
11. Report irregular processes and follow up on corrective actions.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, including picking, packing, and shipping.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Detail-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.
