- Lead forecast planning and development to optimize sales forecast accuracy for the catalog.
- Monitor and ensure alignment between sales forecasts and the Brand’s budget for saleable products.
- Coordinate corrective actions for POSM items under deviation.
- Animate the novelties forecasting processes and meetings, proposing benchmarks and recommendations.
- Generate accurate sales forecast trends through the forecasting tool and adjust for launch strategies and cannibalization.
- Manage seasonality and campaign roll-outs to finalize forecast outputs.
- Lead the S&OP process to align sales and forecasts, controlling gaps between forecasts and financial engagements.
- Maintain forecast systems and tools to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Develop machine learning accuracy through regular reviews and inputs.
- Generate and share monthly activity reports with central and local counterparts.
- Review Key Performance Indicators and lead improvement actions.
- Ensure business continuity by formalizing know-how and documenting standard procedures.
- Propose and conduct continuous improvement actions within the forecast community.
- University graduate, preferably in Supply Chain
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a matrix environment
- Proficient in ERP systems, forecasting software, and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills for presentations to top management
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Team player with an affinity for international/multi-cultural environments
2-4 years of relevant demand planning experience, preferably within the beauty industry. Marketing knowledge is a plus.
University graduate, preferably in Supply Chain
