Demand Planner

1. Lead forecast planning and development to optimize sales forecast accuracy.
2. Monitor and ensure alignment between sales forecasts and the brand's budget.
3. Coordinate corrective actions for items under deviation.
4. Animate the novelties forecasting processes and meetings.
5. Generate accurate sales forecasts using forecasting tools.
6. Control and adjust product trends, especially for end-of-life products and special events.
7. Lead the S&OP process to align sales and forecasts.
8. Maintain forecast systems and tools for reliability and accuracy.
9. Develop machine learning accuracy through regular review and inputs.
10. Generate and share monthly activity reporting.
11. Review Key Performance Indicators and lead improvement actions.
12. Propose and conduct continuous improvement actions in the forecast community.

1. University graduate, preferably in Supply Chain.
2. 2-4 years of relevant demand planning experience, preferably within the beauty industry.
3. Marketing knowledge is a plus.

1. Strong analytical and coordination skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a matrix environment.
3. Good knowledge of ERP systems, forecasting software, and MS Office.
4. Excellent communication skills for presenting to top management.
5. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
6. Team player attracted to an international/multi-cultural environment.
7. Proficient in English (spoken and written, TOEIC 850 equivalent).
8. Proficient in Japanese (advantage but not mandatory).

2-4 years of relevant demand planning experience, preferably within the beauty industry.

University graduate, preferably in Supply Chain.
