LVMH Demand & Supply Planning Manager

- Manage and develop the Dior Demand and Supply Planning team to enhance service levels and fulfill company objectives.
- Oversee replenishment processes, including defining import quantities and adapting transportation modes to maintain high service rates while controlling stock levels.
- Optimize delivery frequency and stock targets per SKU at points of sale to ensure high presence rates and minimize obsolescence.
- Monitor new item shipments and coordinate end-of-life processes to reduce obsolescence.
- Lead business metric improvements through collaboration with internal functional areas and key clients.
- Attend periodic operation reviews with brand management and maintain updated item master data.
- Define KPIs and objectives with the Head of Operations and monitor demand and supply activities.
- Execute action plans to improve processes and ensure coordination with business controlling, finance, sales administration, and forecasting teams.
- Develop S&OP for Dior in the UK, adhering to HQ and local operational factors.
- Experience in supply chain, specifically in demand and supply planning functions.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong people management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Analytical and planning expertise.
- Effective communication skills, both upwards and within the team.
- Leadership skills to drive operational excellence.
- Expertise in Excel and SAP, with strong knowledge of Power BI.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, specifically in demand and supply planning functions.
