1. Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks.
2. Manage the reception of orders, quotes, and returns.
3. Follow up on and resolve incidences between the Commercial Team and the Customer Service department.
4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries.
5. Resolve routine customer issues independently and escalate complex queries to managers.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.

1. Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented.
2. Methodical with strong management skills.
3. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
6. Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous.

Previous professional experience in customer service or supply chain departments is considered a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
