1. Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks.
2. Manage the reception of orders, record them in the system, and handle returns.
3. Facilitate communication and resolution of claims between the Commercial Team and the Customer Service department.
4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following through with customer inquiries.
5. Resolve routine customer issues independently, escalating more complex queries to managers as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.

1. Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
2. Methodical with strong management skills.
3. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
6. Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level); additional languages such as French are advantageous.

Previous professional experience in customer service or supply chain departments is considered beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. A Master's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
