3. Introduce and resolve dispute cases.
4. Support sales force and key accounts.
5. Optimize transport planning and conduct market studies.
6. Implement Customer Service KPIs for LVMH.
7. Analyze and document Customer Service procedures and best practices.
8. Prepare environmental declarations.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program (business school, engineering, or equivalent university).
2. Demonstrates curiosity, rigor, and organizational skills.
3. Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills and autonomy.
4. Possesses a strong client and product sensitivity, particularly in fragrances and cosmetics.

1. Fluency in French and English; Dutch proficiency is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Adaptability and quick response capabilities.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing higher education in business, engineering, or a related field.
