LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics CRM & eCommerce Intern

- Assist in planning and executing the monthly CRM calendar for multiple brands, adhering to brand guidelines and covering product launches and activations.
- Create campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including asset creation, translation, HTML template development, audience targeting, and email distribution.
- Coordinate with the HQ CRM department for reporting and content validation.
- Support the Loyalty Program by organizing activations for VIP customers, setting up Masterclasses, and coordinating localized campaigns.
- Provide direct assistance to El Corte Ingles field teams in CRM areas, including objectives, clientelling, and loyalty gifts.
- Conduct training for Beauty Consultants through seminars, addressing technical issues and maintaining CRM as a priority at points of sale.
- Support the implementation of automated Customer Journeys for POS and Ecommerce Databases.
- Monitor CRM activations for Givenchy and Kenzo, including monthly reporting and data extraction.
- Assist in executing e-commerce strategies for Givenchybeauty.com, ensuring alignment with product and commercial launches.
- Maintain a best-in-class D2C brand experience on Givenchybeauty.com, ensuring website content and functionalities meet brand guidelines.
- Report on website performance against KPIs such as sales, traffic, and customer base.
- Analyze competitors' digital presence and marketing campaigns to compile best practices for Ecommerce and CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Ecommerce and CRM.
- Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Power BI is advantageous.
A minimum of 6 months of professional experience in CRM and eCommerce is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing. A Master's degree in Digital Marketing is highly valued.
