- Monitor sales and objectives of the counter.
- Set daily targets for the team.
- Track team KPIs.
- Establish corrective action plans and follow-up.
- Ensure market share growth.
- Maintain brand image and service guidelines.
- Implement 360-degree directives (CRM, promotional actions, call to action).
- Coordinate team schedules.
- Participate in recruitment for promoters and temporary positions.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions using the GROW method.
- Perform annual evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to POS action plans for Mystery Shopping priorities.
- Coordinate with management for secondary spaces for cabins and color schools.
- Plan necessary tasks for successful promotions.
- Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty.
- Professional training and/or university degree preferred.
- Leadership and KPI achievement.
- Customer orientation.
- Results-driven.
- Attention to detail and excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Initiative and proactivity.
Minimum of 5 years in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.
