1. Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives.
2. Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the stand.
3. Guarantee the execution of the point of sales’ action plan.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service to foster customer loyalty.
5. Propose and implement action and improvement plans for the point of sales.
6. Establish corrective and follow-up action plans.
7. Maintain the brand’s image and service guidelines.
8. Participate in the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff.
9. Coordinate schedules and planning for successful promotions.

1. Bachelor’s degree or professional higher education.
2. Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish is highly valued.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
