1. Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives.
2. Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the stand.
3. Guarantee the execution of the point of sales’ action plan.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster customer loyalty.
5. Propose, promote, and implement action and improvement plans for the point of sales.
6. Establish corrective and follow-up action plans.
7. Maintain the brand’s image and adhere to service guidelines.
8. Participate in the recruitment of promoters and temporary consultants.
9. Coordinate schedules and planning to ensure successful promotions.

1. Bachelor’s degree or professional higher education.
2. Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish is highly valued.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, ideally within a luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
