LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Corporate Social Responsibility Intern

- Support the organization and execution of HR-related events, international visits, and executive meetings.
- Collaborate with HRD, Head of Talent, and HRBPs to develop an HR calendar and plan HR projects.
- Create presentations, reports, and materials for meetings.
- Manage relationships with providers, including vendor validation and processing purchasing orders.
- Coordinate the assignment and distribution of company gifts with HRBP and HR Controlling.
- Assist in organizing and executing CSR initiatives across Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Social Commitment.
- Support the coordination and implementation of CSR events and initiatives.
- Assist in planning and delivering high-profile events such as EllesVMH, All LVMH Pride, and Disability Awareness.
- Oversee event logistics, vendor relationships, internal communications, and CSR reporting.
- Communicate with foundations and collaborate with the CSR & Corporate Communications Specialist on innovative initiatives.
- Assist in preparing the CSR Annual Report, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, HR, Journalism, or related field
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on excellence
- High organizational skills with planning and precision
- Experience in event organization and management
- Highly organized, proactive, and creative
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Degree in Marketing, Communication, HR, Journalism, or related field
