- Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure external competitiveness and drive the UK&I Compensation & Benefits strategy.
- Act as the local Reward subject matter expert, providing consultancy and guidance to HR and business stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between local reward practices and HQ/Group frameworks.
- Lead and contribute to Reward digitalization initiatives and systems optimization.
- Promote transparency and understanding of Reward structures across the UK&I region.
- Define and monitor Reward KPIs and D&I metrics, such as pay equity ratio and gender pay gap.
- Conduct detailed internal and external equity analysis to support HRBPs and business leaders in decision-making.
- Provide robust reporting and insights to senior leadership and GM level to support strategic workforce planning.
- Lead the annual compensation review process in partnership with local management and HQ.
- Ensure compliance with LVMH Group budget guidelines and governance.
- Calculate and manage the annual merit increase and bonus budget in line with methodology and financial targets.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Manage bonus accruals and ensure accurate and timely execution of incentive payments.
- Oversee job grading and salary benchmarking using Mercer and Hays methodologies.
- Design and structure competitive salary packages for new hires.
- Partner with HQ to manage internal mobility processes, including compensation structuring and end-to-end coordination of visa applications where applicable.
- Oversee the administration and governance of employee benefits, including pension, PMI, life assurance, and income protection.
- Lead annual renewal negotiations with benefits brokers and providers.
- Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies for new benefit offerings.
- Monitor reward spends against approved budget and proactively identify risks or deviations.
- Collaborate with LVMH sister companies to share best practices and leverage LVMH Group synergies.
- Deliver Reward training sessions to HR and line managers to ensure understanding and transparency of reward policies.
- Lead and implement UK&I Group Reward projects and local initiatives ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of Reward processes and governance.
- Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits within a retail or commercial environment.
- Proven Total Reward management experience.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing reward budgets and forecasting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid knowledge of job evaluation methodologies.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a retail or commercial environment.
Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
