- Calculate company costs quarterly for each brand.
- Monitor, analyze, and control personnel budgets.
- Provide data support to controllers and coordinate with financial departments.
- Execute Incentive Compensation Review (ICR) processes across all brands.
- Participate in Mercer and Korn Ferry processes to ensure salary structure updates and competitiveness.
- Ensure proper management of fixed and variable compensation schemes at the corporate level.
- Evaluate and update positions according to market methodologies.
- Administer corporate insurance and benefits (health plans, life insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
- Lead negotiations and insurance controlling processes with providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Innovate and expand the benefits package in line with market trends and internal needs.
- Implement clear and effective communication processes regarding benefits to employees.
- Ensure salary structure alignment with company philosophy and policies.
- Monitor compliance with labor regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Contribute to the definition of differentiated policies (corporate, retail, unionized).
- Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in C&B processes, proposing continuous improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Desirable: Diploma in HR, specialized course in compensation, or compensation certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

5 to 7 years of experience in corporate Compensation and Benefits, ideally in multinational and retail environments. Proven experience in Mercer and Korn Ferry processes. Desirable knowledge in regional C&B management.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or related field.
