1. Assist in designing compensation packages for international assignments, incorporating salary, allowances, benefits, and relocation considerations.
2. Support the definition of competitive compensation packages for new hires.
3. Prepare proposals and presentations for management review.
4. Administer expatriate packages, including adjustments for living costs and housing, in collaboration with Maisons.
5. Coordinate logistics for international relocations, including visas and travel arrangements.
6. Ensure compliance with the global Group mobility policy.
7. Provide support to expatriates and new hires regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
8. Resolve issues related to international assignments and relocations.
9. Maintain accurate records of assignments, compensation, and benefits.
10. Prepare reports for audits and analyze data to enhance package effectiveness.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong communication and analytical skills.
3. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Interest in international HR and global mobility.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
