- Assist in managing daily press and influencer requests, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Support with press materials and maintain media kits.
- Provide markets with necessary tools to generate press and influencer coverage, including guidelines, videos, photographs, and press gifts.
- Create live media links with press content for send-outs.
- Follow up with press to ensure press kits are received.
- Help with product send-outs, PR seeding, and maintaining press and influencer lists.
- Collaborate with PR Executives to develop and execute seeding plans for influencers.
- Oversee the organization of PR stock, ensuring accurate forecasting and availability of products for send-outs.
- Monitor media coverage, compile press clippings, and contribute to PR reports.
- Track share of voice rankings in the region and share monthly consolidated reports.
- Support in organizing press events, influencer activations, and brand experiences.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, manage inventory of PR assets, and coordinate logistics as needed.
- Place weekly internal requests and assist with supplier creation, purchase orders, and POs.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Communications, Marketing, or related program.
- Passion for luxury beauty with a strong interest in influence, PR, and media relations.
- Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Team player with a proactive mindset and positive attitude.
Beginner
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Communications, Marketing, or related program.
