1. Deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly Sell-in and Sell-out reports for the region.
2. Track retail and sales performance against targets, identifying gaps and understanding action plans from the commercial team.
3. Coordinate and manage monthly retail and net sales estimates, analyzing variances against the budget and reporting to headquarters.
4. Deliver insightful monthly flash reports on business sales performance.
5. Support the business controller in developing standard reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Prepare monthly management reports with detailed commentaries on variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
7. Support regional and headquarters teams with ad hoc local reports.
8. Conduct deep data analysis on sales trends and activation trends as required.
9. Assist in the forecast process for budgets, revised budgets, and projections.
10. Ensure accurate rolling over of working templates from previous planning cycles.
11. Perform detailed analysis on business focuses such as sales seasonality and stock-holding.
12. Support system uploads and preparation of submission packages.
13. Request and consolidate inputs from markets and function stakeholders.
14. Maintain cost control jointly with the Business Controller.
15. Participate in the implementation of finance/IT projects for the controlling function.
16. Track new business key performance indicators (KPIs).
17. Continuously improve operational processes by identifying areas for automation and standardization.
18. Collaborate with brand managers, local controllers, and accounting teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

1. University degree, preferably in accounting.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data/business analysis.

1. Expertise in managing complex Excel spreadsheets.
2. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
3. Ability to perform solid analysis and present data clearly.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
5. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas to stakeholders.
6. Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
7. Meticulous attention to detail.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on data/business analysis.

University degree, preferably in accounting.
