Business Analyst

LVMH Cosmetics K.K. is part of the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Group, operating as a Shared Service Center. The company provides financial support and analysis to aid management decision-making and ensure effective budgeting and expense control.

1. Conduct periodical sales analysis and reporting to management and headquarters.
2. Support controlling to ensure compliance with internal control, risk management, and contract management.
3. Assist in the preparation and coordination of budgets and forecasts.
4. Monitor and analyze sales and expense variances, reporting to department heads and management.
5. Support inventory, gross margin, and profitability analysis.
6. Serve as a finance business partner for the front-end operation team.
7. Provide insightful analytics to highlight risks and opportunities.
8. Support the implementation of finance-related projects.
9. Schedule necessary meetings and contribute to company activities.

1. University graduate; MBA/CPA is a plus.
2. 5 or more years of experience in financial planning and business analysis in a multinational company.
3. Knowledge in retail, fashion, or FMCG is preferable.

1. Strong analytical skills with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
2. Strong PC skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Experience in BI tools is a plus.
4. Very good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to develop good work relationships with all departments.
6. Positive mindset, proactive, agile, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
7. High attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
8. Proficiency in telling the qualitative story behind numbers through data analysis and visualization.
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks/projects.

5 or more years of experience in financial planning and business analysis in a multinational company.

University graduate. MBA/CPA is a plus.
