1. Achieve sales targets and enhance brand image by leading customer relationships with both local and international clientele.
2. Sell products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Art of Selling principles.
3. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
4. Educate customers about products to increase brand knowledge and loyalty.
5. Maintain merchandising counters in accordance with corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays in line with new product launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail or boutique manager.
8. Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
9. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
10. Foster a team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.

At least 3 years of prior experience in retail or service industries, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.
