Beauty Consultant

1. Achieve sales targets and promote brand image by leading relationships with local and international clients.
2. Sell products and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Art of Selling.
3. Educate customers about products to increase brand knowledge and loyalty.
4. Maintain merchandising counters according to corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail/boutique manager.
7. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. Establish strong relationships with retail store managers.
9. Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
2. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years of previous work experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.
