1. Achieve sales targets and promote brand image by leading customer relationships with both local and international clientele.
2. Sell products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Art of Selling principles.
3. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
4. Educate customers on products, enhancing brand knowledge and loyalty among consumers.
5. Participate in maintaining merchandising counters according to corporate guidelines.
6. Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail/boutique manager.
8. Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
9. Establish strong relationships with retail store managers.
10. Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
3. Fluent Spanish (minimum C2 level) and competent English (minimum B2 level).
