1. Advise and sell the brand's products to achieve sales targets.
2. Provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
7. Track sales performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and retailers.
9. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
10. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
11. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
12. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract with 18 hours per week on a rotating schedule, social benefits included.
