1. Sell brand products and deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities such as special promotions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track point-of-sale KPIs.
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with customers through loyalty programs and samples.
8. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure adequate product availability.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
