- Sell brand products and provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
- Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
- Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and launches.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
- Track point-of-sale KPIs.
- Develop lasting personal relationships with customers through loyalty programs and samples.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure adequate store supply.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Secondary school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum B2 level in English.
- Results-oriented.

- Strong communication skills.
- Autonomy and initiative.
1-2 years of previous professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
