1. Sell brand products and provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs.
4. Monitor competition, including special actions and launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
6. Track point-of-sale KPIs.
7. Develop personal and lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs, samples, etc.
8. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in the maintenance of merchandising/inventory according to corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure sufficient products/items in store.
11. Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum B2 level in English.

1-2 years of professional experience in the retail or service sector, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
