1. Sell brand products and provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
6. Track point-of-sale KPIs.
7. Develop personal and lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and samples.
8. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure adequate store inventory.
11. Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; training in luxury, beauty, or fashion is desirable.
2. Advanced English proficiency; German and/or French is a plus.
3. Residency in South Fuerteventura (Jandía - Costa Calma).
4. Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle.

1-2 years of prior professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments. Experience in sales and objective management is preferred.
