1. Promote and sell brand products while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track point-of-sale KPIs.
7. Cultivate lasting personal relationships with clients through loyalty programs and samples.
8. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
9. Maintain merchandising and inventory in accordance with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure adequate store supply.
11. Execute all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; education in luxury, beauty, or fashion is desirable.
2. Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2); German and/or French are advantageous.
3. 1-2 years of prior professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
4. Residency in the South Fuerteventura area (Jandía - Costa Calma).
5. Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
