1. Process accurate payroll, manage records, and address queries efficiently.
2. Ensure compliance with legislation, awards, and policies for seamless payroll operations.
3. Handle regulatory payroll submissions with precision.
4. Generate HR metric reports through salary surveys and other data analyses.
5. Conduct budget reporting to aid informed decision-making.
6. Collaborate on policy development and engage with Regional HR.
7. Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
8. Guide employee relations, performance enhancement, and systems implementation.
9. Design HR reports that effectively communicate data insights.
10. Analyze and improve current processes to align with legislative and internal requirements.

1. Experience in payroll processing and HRIS for 600+ employees.
2. Strong understanding of multiple awards and agreements.
3. Knowledge of employment law and payroll legislation in Australia and New Zealand.
4. Experience in HR and business partnering across the employee lifecycle.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems.
