1. Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
2. Maintain vendor records and manage vendor relationships.
3. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
4. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
5. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and follow up on outstanding invoices.
6. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Prepare and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
9. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records.
10. Ensure timely and accurate recording of all bank transactions.
11. Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding issues related to bank accounts.

1. Fluent in Arabic and English.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and fixed assets accounting.
4. Proficiency in SAP ERP system.
5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
10. Knowledge of ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations.
