1. Assist with financial data entry, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Support the month-end closing process.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure proper cost allocation.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
5. Undertake special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Controller manager.
6. Manage incoming invoices end-to-end process.
7. Contribute to vendor creation process with direct contact with them.

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus.

2. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
3. Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
4. Dynamic and quick learner with a sensitivity to luxury.
5. Excellent communication skills.

Previous experience in a related field is valuable, though not mandatory.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

800€ net per month

The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work.
