- Record, verify, and post incoming invoices.
- Prepare payment runs.
- Activate fixed assets.
- Manage incoming payments, payment reductions, dunning processes, and receivables management.
- Maintain and reconcile creditor and debtor accounts.
- Assist in processing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and monthly reporting.
- Serve as a contact for internal and external clients.
- Handle additional special tasks in finance and accounting.
- Completed commercial training.
- Several years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Open, flexible, and communicative personality.
Minimum of 3 years in accounting.
