1. Record, verify, and post incoming invoices.
2. Prepare payment runs.
3. Activate fixed assets.
4. Manage incoming payments, payment reductions, dunning processes, and receivables management.
5. Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
6. Assist in the processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and monthly reporting.
7. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
8. Handle additional special tasks in finance and accounting.

1. Completed commercial training.
2. Several years of professional experience in accounting.
3. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

1. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
2. Open, flexible, and communicative personality.

Minimum of 3 years in accounting.

Completed commercial training.
