1. Record, verify, and post incoming invoices.
2. Prepare payment runs.
3. Activate fixed assets.
4. Manage incoming payments, payment deductions, dunning processes, and accounts receivable management.
5. Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
6. Assist in processing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting.
7. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
8. Handle additional special tasks in finance and accounting.

1. Completed commercial training.

1. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
2. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
3. Open, flexible, and communicative personality.

Minimum of 3 years in accounting.
