1. Record, verify, and book incoming invoices
2. Create payment runs
3. Activate fixed assets
4. Handle incoming payments, payment reductions, dunning processes, and receivables management
5. Maintain and reconcile creditor and debtor accounts
6. Assist with the processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and monthly reporting
7. Serve as a contact for internal and external customers
8. Perform additional special tasks in finance and accounting

1. Completed commercial training
2. Fluent in German and good English skills

1. SAP knowledge
2. Proficient in MS Office
3. Open, flexible, and communicative personality

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
