1. Recording, reviewing, and posting incoming invoices.
2. Creating payment runs.
3. Activating fixed assets.
4. Managing incoming payments, payment reductions, dunning processes, and accounts receivable management.
5. Maintaining and reconciling creditor and debtor accounts.
6. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and monthly reporting.
7. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
8. Handling additional special tasks in finance and accounting.

1. Completed commercial training.
2. Several years of professional experience in accounting.

1. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
2. Fluency in German and good command of English.
3. Open, flexible, and communicative personality.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
