1. Achieve sales targets set by the Area Manager and motivate the team to meet these goals.
2. Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products while maintaining a luxury standard of service.
3. Lead and coach the team to exceed sales targets and ensure high levels of customer service.
4. Stay informed about new product launches, promotional activities, and market trends.
5. Collaborate with the Retail Trainer to ensure team participation in relevant training.
6. Provide personalized fragrance recommendations and maintain high service standards.
7. Ensure immaculate merchandising and adherence to grooming guidelines.
8. Manage stock replenishment, sales analysis, and administrative tasks.
9. Foster professional relationships with stakeholders and adhere to company policies.
10. Assist in talent acquisition and conduct performance reviews.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or fragrance industry.
