Account Manager

1. Set targets for all team members in line with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell LOEWE Perfumes products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
3. Lead and coach the team to ensure all members achieve sales targets.
4. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on the use and stories of LOEWE Perfumes.
6. Propose personalized products to clients and overcome objections confidently.
7. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
8. Manage all team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
9. Manage stock in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure sufficient levels.
10. Grow the business through events and collaborations.
11. Complete all operational and administrative tasks to the best of ability.
12. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
13. Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
14. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
15. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.
